Booking a Walking Holiday:
Book a walking holiday on our bookings page on our web site. Follow our instructions to make your booking. You can also contact us via telephone: 00 33 6 11 19 78 71
A £150 non-refundable deposit per person is due upon making your booking. Your booking will be confirmed by email on receipt of your deposit payment.

Payment:
We accept payment by all major credit cards via the PayPal Secure site or via bank transfer. We will send you full details on how to make your payment.
Our payment schedule is: Upon booking we require a £150 non-refundable deposit per person and 8 weeks prior to your walking holiday we require payment in full.

Single Traveler's:
There is no single person Supplement

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your walking holiday the following refund policy applies: If you cancel 60 days or more prior to departure - we will refund all but your £150 non-refundable deposit per person. If you cancel 59-31 days prior to departure - we will refund 50% of total trip cost. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to departure - we are unable to provide a refund.

Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you ensure you have Medical Insurance for your trip. We also strongly recommend that you purchase an Insurance to cover any Holiday Cancellation to protect yourself if you are unable to start your holiday or need to cancel part of your holiday. Please ensure you review any providers terms thoroughly to ensure you are protected. Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses you may incur in preparing for your holiday and neither do we take responsibility for any loss of baggage in transit to or from one of our holidays.

Included in your Trip:
The cost of your trip includes accommodation at Lavaud, all breakfasts, picnic lunches, dinners with wine. Guides and related maps. Not Included in your Trip; Flights, train fares, car hire, and optional activities or entry fees, meals not specifically indicated in your itinerary as included.

Itinerary Adjustment In very rare instances it may become necessary to adjust a daily route arrangement because of changed circumstances. In these cases we reserve the right to make any change deemed necessary in making arrangements of an alternatively comparable quality.

Traveler Responsibility:
Any level of walking needs a degree of physical fitness and as such it is each traveler's responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently fit enough for the walking required on this walking holiday. It is also the walker's responsibility to ensure that they are proficient with map reading, orientation and emergency skills, especially those walking unguided.

Limits of Liability
We at Walking In Dordogne, Lavaud, including the owners, members, agents, employees, representatives, directors without limitation are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death or delay or inconvenience in connection with any goods or services by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labour activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely. In addition, participants release Walking In Dordogne, Lavaud from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.

Walking Participation Form Agreement and Release From Liability:
Prior to taking their Walking Holiday all travelers are required to complete and sign our Walking Participation Form which includes a release from liability agreement. This form must be received by us no later than 8 weeks before the scheduled walking holiday. Travelers who fail to complete and sign this form will not be able to take their trip and the standard refund policies will apply.
